Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Things don't look right on the website or logging into the site isn't working correctly. What is the problem?

If you're using an older browser, sometimes our website can display incorrectly. We recommend you download and use a different web browser called Google Chrome. It's better, faster, more secure than other browsers, and may solve problems with the site displaying incorrectly. Click here to download Chrome for free.
  2. I forgot my username or password. What do I do?

Your username is your ten digit telephone number without dashes, spaces, or parentheses. Your password is your five digit zip code. Furthermore, make sure you enter your username and password yourself instead of allowing the computer to remember and enter your login information for you. If you still cannot login, send us an email and include the following information:

    • First and last name
    • Phone
    • Zip code
    • The name of the exam
    • Length of your subscription

We'll get your problem corrected and get you studying again as soon as possible.
